That is an article from July 2023 so it's based on last year's mandate letter. As far as I have been told, there are studies underway to determine the feasibility of various options. Have no idea what the timelines and exact scope of these studies are though.

Yeah I think all the piles have been installed, they've been working through the winter.

Drove by today and the old Northgate building is being demo's and they are well on their way putting in piles for what I am assuming is probably the over/underpass structure east of the Northgate site. No pictures, sorry!

Is it actually working out good for them? I've got family in Quebec and I wouldn't say everything is hunky dory. As chaotic as things are here right now, I'd much rather be in Alberta.

Yeah I agree, it is likely construction phase funding for VLW and Capital Line South. If this was new funding there'd likely be an announcement of some kind and funding from other orders of government would likely have been known by this point in their budgets, especially on the City's end.
