Yup, I call that section the 'roller coaster'. It is not safe with the increased traffic levels and the on and off ramps are sketchy to use when it is busy or the weather isn't ideal. Six-laning through Leduc would definitely help.

In my dream scenario the entirety of the temp NAIT station is removed and relocated to 95 St. and the Capital Line as the new Boyle Street/McCauley Station. The platform would need to be extended to accomodate the 5-car trains though.

I'd say the cladding choice appears to be high quality and it can be done well without curtain wall. The addition of balconies will definitely bring the facade together and this will look more like a high-quality Falcon I.

That seems quite low still compared to the pre-pandemic ridership which was consistently north of 100,000 iirc. Fwiw the LRT between Stadium and Churchill looked packed this morning around 9 AM as I was biking along the shared use path, so I reckon 2024 numbers will be much higher than last...

This new place will be owned by Cask & Barrel and have an interior connection to it as it is in the adjacent unit.
