There is some really nice black glass that went up on the south side on Bay street squeezed between the townhomes.

Florian looks like a render in most of those picture. I hope this project meets the same quality standards as their neighbour. With the gold glass, I am hopeful.

I agree, it would be a shame to lose that vista driving, but if Bay was ever to become one-way, it would only make sense to do so as Southbound. Instead of Yonge going Northbound, I think Church Street is a better choice with Yonge going pedestrian.

There is black iron fencing around the whole site now. Looks quite nice. Glad to finally see that blue hoarding disappear and see this space open up. Unfortunately, it looks like it probably won't become public space until construction of the tower begins.

The south patio is actually quite nice. It gets great sunlight and the wind is limited to gusts every now and then. However I completely agree the patio on the west side is practically unusable due to poor sunlight and high winds.

The hills and extra dirt are there so that trees will have something to grow in. Much of the western portion of this new park already has underground parking beneath it.

This was done recently. When this building was torn down, they combined that lot with the parking lot, repaved it and fenced it. Sign on parking says Monthly Passes Only.

It will be widened slightly. There was recommendations of making it southbound traffic only. Currently when driving north turning right/left are quite difficult. Parking garage entrance will find itself midblock on St. Luke's Lane. Same with service/loading.

You need a turn around for cars somewhere. This circle area and the area on the south west is actually part of the underground parking of the 900/909 Bay properties. So part of this park will technically be on private property sitting atop underground parking. I agree, there is so much...

This is why when I'm choosing a place to live, I always pick the 4th floor or lower. Pros - Bigger unit per price paid - Take the stairs (for health) - Balcony has street life to watch Cons - Less view

If the Bus Terminal ever moves, then this would be a great location. I know the was rumours swirling in the past about moving it south closer to Union Station & the Gardiner, which I think is very logical.
