Am hoping so. We just moved out of Toronto so debating if we will keep it. If it looks as nice as the other place we might. Missing the city and thinking it will be a nice place for weekends.

-Confirm upgrades and finishes are correct -Check for defects and damage on material -doors open and close properly -It’s not the end - you will have opportunity to continue monitoring / finding defects once you occupy
