    Actually, in most cases, teh condo's property management is on top of that problem because it is strictly forbidden in either the declaration or the by-laws. It's only in rental buildings where that is a major issue or low-income housing.

    It still seems to be taking awfully long to rise compared to other towers like Murano/Burano in the area or the College Park Towers to their west.

    Probably to accomodate mechanical equipment. You need a bunch of booster pumps for water every 11-12 floors and I imagine the owners on those levels would still like their ceiling heights intact.

    I don't think the proposal is that bad and it is nice to see them being forced to include muti bedroom units for a change. I do wonder how this will all work wiht two other projects slated to rise almost across the street on Grenville and Yonge.

    I don't think that 355 Church will get as easy a ride as folks expect. There are a row of townhomes directly to their west, which face eastward. Those townhomes have no rear windows (building backs onto Neill-Wycik's brick wall) so anything tall will basically block their views entirely and...
