Is it usual for closing to take so long for new builds? I never see more than like 5 construction workers on site so it seems like the developer is just dragging their feet… At this pace we’re gonna close when mortgage rates are already spiking…. (Yippy!)

I live in a new-build condo and from what I've noticed, it seems like the developer has been installing charging stations for parking spots that belong to an owner with an electric vehicle. Not sure who is paying for what but the developer/construction company is definitely installing the chargers.

Isn't Downsview Park federal land? I'm not sure how this works but wouldn't all the permit money go to the federal government and not the city?

Pretty sure the wall design is the exact same use in modern day road overpasses (or at least I've seen that wall pattern on overpasses around the city).

Doesn't look like there is enough room between the guide and the glass without the pedals hitting the glass. Also the handrails seem to be directly above the groove which seems to make trying to roll the bike up way too much of a hassle.

The under counter lighting is a problem all units I have believe. We had someone come to our unit and drill in another lighting plate on the backsplash and install a wireless receiver on the outlet that the lights are connected to. Given that my backsplash has two pairs of outlets, I’m guessing...
