They were processing sales agreements til 1:30am over the weekend. Apparently sold out most of the building already!

We can probably conclude that given this long delay, and assuming that they sold the suites in the building in 2015/16 at much lower prices, this one will soon be scrapped.

Construction is done now. Any idea who the tenant is? Seems like the size is huge enough for Amazon but it's not them.

The sign went up today. This will really be a game-changer for the area. There is very little residential around here.
