I remember hearing a long time ago that there were plans for an Alexus 2 but something was in the way. . . not quite sure what/if this parking lot was part of that land assembly.

It just hit me, what I don't like about most "modern" Toronto towers... it's the mullions? (I think that's what they're called). They're so messy and inelegant. The concept of this condo is cool but execution is sloppy.. We could only hope for a value engineered New York building like 15 USW

I'm so excited to see this rise as well. Some much needed colour and red brick! I wish bkl would get more work in Toronto. Will they be relocating the heritage building?

Like I said in another thread... it's incredible to see all of this student housing proposed in this area; it almost seems like too much. I know this particular building already served as student housing.
