Maybe a home for Simons a la CF Rideau centre?

Block 16S (co-op midrise and market building) CORE architects This looks like a re-envisioned apartment building from the '60s. I noticed that they have made changes to Phase 3/modified the site plan. Old: What's currently on the TCH website:

    Toronto Toronto | 457 Richmond Street West | 57m | 19s | DC Dev Corp | a—A

I wonder what the freeze on 303 properties in this area (including this building) and the impending HCD mean for this project.

    Toronto Toronto | 66 Wellesley Street East | 101.78m | 31s | ONE Properties | S9

Looks like WAM has rebranded as One Properties. I can't recall if a thread exists for this, but I know it's been discussed before. I wonder how accurate these renderings are... Looks interesting!

    Toronto Toronto | Garden District Condos | 99.97m | 32s | Hyde Park | a—A

Jeez another tower that looks like everything else... There is no there, there: Toronto

    Toronto Toronto | Waterworks Building Redevelopment | 47.55m | 13s | MOD Developments | Diamond Schmitt

Ohh... I have faith in MOD developments. Gary Switzer seems like a dude who truly cares about the city and I pretty much like the majority of the projects MOD has been behind... side note, for those on instagram check out his feed https://www.instagram.com/garymichaelswitzer/

    Toronto Toronto | Wellesley on the Park | 194.15m | 60s | Lanterra | KPMB

Why can't they just call it "Wellesley Park"?

    Toronto Toronto | 100 Simcoe | 209.6m | 61s | BentallGreenOak | Hariri Pontarini

What's to become of the entertainment district with all of these buildings that look the same... Also, how is that we're still building glass towers.

    Toronto Toronto | 365 Church Condos | 102.1m | 31s | Menkes | Wallman Architects

This is pretty repulsive... looks equally terrible and cheap in person. But I'm not surprised, as I'm generally not impressed with Menkes.

    Toronto Toronto | The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

Just read the news on the globe and mail and had to come out of my slumber... wow talk about gutted... The Well was part of a handful of projects that I'm really looking forward to. With Tridel in the mix, I'm not so sure anymore.

Hadn't seen this image before, which is in the database! From Alterra's social handles.

    Toronto Toronto | Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Apparently this is launching this year... an excerpt from The Epoch Times, New Condo Launches Will Attract Much Chinese Interest, Says Real Estate Veteran: With 12 to 15 percent of the market share, Milborne is the country’s top firm. It oversees a myriad of projects, the most remarkable of...

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Good point... I mean that whatever outstanding issue exists isn't an issue with the planning department/the application.

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Actually it is definitely one of the outstanding issues regarding the laneway and it isn't a planning matter. Truthfully I suspect the residents of 35 Balmuto will not be satisfied unless this application is cancelled. I suspect they would be equally up in arms if a midrise were proposed here...

    Toronto Toronto | 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

O'rly... Looks to me like it would be right at home with this development in Markham, Fontana... Again, I'm not saying it's a bad thing. (image by Jimmy Wu) Although, it also gives me a bit of Avonshire Condos vibe -- which isn't in Markham but close enough ;-). (image by salsa)

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Yeah, it's unfortunate. But it seemed pretty clear to me based on the decision to defer approval at the TEYCC back in early May that a resolution wouldn't be achieved in a month given all of the meetings that have occurred in the past 15 months. The laneway issue actually isn't even a planning...

    Toronto Toronto | Mirvish Village (Honest Ed's Redevelopment) | 85.04m | 26s | Westbank | Henriquez Partners

Revised proposal -- from the project's portal on the city's website: On May 19, 2016, a revised application was submitted. The proposed development includes a number of mid-rise and tall buildings, ranging in height from 29-storeys at the southwest corner of Bathurst Street and Bloor Street...

    Toronto Toronto | 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

I kinda' understand where @maestro is coming from.. this is essentially the type of building one would find in Markham or Vaughan -- which isn't necessarily a bad thing -- so the adulation is a bit interesting in that regard. However, I'm also not a fan of the very trendy glass boxes with ugly...

    Toronto Toronto | 245 Queen Street East | 94.3m | 25s | ONE Properties | Graziani + Corazza
