On the website for Falcon Two, there are some images where it looks Black, and others where it looks white. Or is that just the lighting? Edit: I just realized the podium design is slightly different so probably just an old render

Looks like its real for the 137 Ave ramps. Also I wonder if 112 St was planned for a future flyover.

Looking at the design, I like that 104 Ave will be 2 lanes each direction between 105 up until SPR where it becomes 1 lane

104 St has potential to be awesome (well duh.. like everywhere). Imagine FOX towers empty CRUs were filled with nice eat and drink with Patios all lined up in front? I like to imagine things. I wonder if street interaction is planned for the new developments on the 103 Ave intersection?

What I like about Universitydistirct in yyc is the multiple 3+ story buildings facing the streets. Looks like the Blatchford plan might be similar idea around the 2 LRT stations, at least shown in these renders,
