On the website for Falcon Two, there are some images where it looks Black, and others where it looks white. Or is that just the lighting?

What I like about Universitydistirct in yyc is the multiple 3+ story buildings facing the streets. Looks like the Blatchford plan might be similar idea around the 2 LRT stations, at least shown in these renders,
