30 min must be needed to get the warm water to the suite (passed the regulator) without many tenants in the building. Can't wait to see that view ! :)

Just noticed this morning they are taking away the pedestrian construction wood arch way on the west side today.

I have been in the same situation in my last condo ... I am not an expert at this at all but they said there is a regulator on all taps to regulate hot water flow (so people don’t actually get burned by accident) ... if it is the same set up you can ask to have this removed ... and thereby...

Definitely could be right Jane ... Rob does mention alot about the BMU on his twitter posts. I guess that may be the reason why the top row of the tower has not been covered (with cladding or other) yet. They are still waiting on the BMU boom to be delivered.

Striking shot Ramako !! This building will really standout ... in the somewhat repetative and square toronto skyline.

That is the center bar that supports the two construction elevators (hoist). From the next picture after that you can see that it has been ~1/2 removed. The rest goes early august.

Looks like are slowly taking apart the construction elevator today (even though they mentioned that it was cancelled). Just drove by and there are a lot of elevator people there today. Looks like rob is in the crane helping out.
