As you have seen in many cities around the globe, a massive central fountain is an attraction onto itself and would have been a reason to visit this park, let alone anything else.

For obvious reasons, but that then subsided and there was opportunity that many took advantage of. 2-3 yrs for a pool rehab is ridiculous.

I'd put $10 on that does not happen.

Edmonton is #2 and certainly worthy of that.

The Rose had quite a following and I suspect this will do well with whatever workers are still in that Tower/City Hall, hotel guests from next door, the apartments nearby and ICE District pre/post.
