I'm not sure what retail stores/ restaurant chains will move in. Most big restaurants chains already have location near rexdale by the airport or Woodbridge. And I don't see there being high demand for retail such as clothing. My guess is it will take some time before we see anything move in.

I went to the bay recently at woodbine and I am confused. The store is organized, there new displays, new change rooms, and new flooring in some sections. It's clear some money is being invested into the store but why when the mall is so bad and the owner sucks. I would have thought the BAY...

I went to the mall recently and wow is the mall in a bad state. So many storefronts are empty. the food court was not busy, and the mall smelled. the stores that were open looked so run down. I hope the mall gets a new owner that could actually take care of the property.
