What if the Ontario Line is extended towards Jane and then Pioneer village station. It could lessen pressure from the Jane bus.

I went to the mall last week and I was surprised with how busy the mall was for 3 pm on a Tuesday. it's a shame that the mall is dead. I feel that with a proper owner and well-planned redevelopment this mall could have survived.

I went to the Hudsons bay at Woodbine recently. shockingly it was somewhat busy. It was nice to experience. too bad it will be gone soon.

Woodbine went from having 5 anchors stores in 2010 (the bay, zellers, Sears, rainbow cinemas, sportscheck.) To one (The bay) in 2020. That's a huge decrease when you think about it.

Imagine cinemas closed at woodbine. I went on imagine cinemas website. The page for woodbine shows a 404 error. Rexdale now has zero movie theatres. And woodbine is down to one anchor. The mall will surely die.

My guess would be for security reasons

Albion cinemas is closed. the banks, McDonalds and anchor stores were the only busy areas.

I recently went to the Albion mall. While there are still some stores closed the mall still has some some decent traffic going through it. I wonder how the mall will cope in the long run though
