WOW, I can't believe what some builders are charging for smooth ceilings.. I had the options to upgrade to smooth ceiling at my one bedroom loft on Roncesvalles and I went for it because it only costed me $500 bucks for 530sqft... I wouldn't pay 5k, but 500 bucks, hell ya!

comment about the hallway.. Dark wood trimmed doors with nice square wooden hallway lights. Pretty nice.. Obviously carpet hasn't been installed yet.. The only thing I am not sure about is the choice of Wall paper. I don't think it will age very well especially with people coming and going...

I am on the 8th floor, so anything higher than 9 will clear the office building next door... But the view wasn't as terrible as i thought since that building is on an angle.

also the lady who did my PDI was lovely, she didn't rush me at all and she actually found few small things for me which i had missed... Very pleasant experience with Cresford, i am glad i gave them another try...

Hi Guys, I had my PDI today and I had to say i was very impressed by the workmanship! There were hardly any defficiencies.. I had done many PDIs in the past and this was by far the best!! I took some pics, but left my cable at the office. i will try to upload some pictures tomorrow...
