Pre-cast is pre-cast concrete. It is one of the cladding systems used in this build. What you see is how it will look. You can see the patterned pre-cast panels on the renderings.

The pattern on the pre-cast looks great! I like that they wrapped the pillars with it, too - one detail that wasn't captured on the renderings.
