^^^ I agree. The turning traffic is major factor in the back up. Add a long school bus or 18 wheel truck or 2 and it just snarls everything up. Surprisingly, north bound traffic on Kipling is faring better but can get backed up also during the thick of rush hour.

I have noticed from my birds eye view that Kipling southbound is heavily backed up daily except late evenings and Sundays. I guess it will be like this till the rest of the road network is completed in 6-12 months (estimated).
