My Money is on no one. Or… if they start in the North end of the mall; they may move tenants from There down to the Kitchen Stuff opening. I bet they could fit 3 or 4 stores in there. Plus the bakery never came back after Covid. So something could occupy that spot as well.

I’m pretty sure the ends are the same but there are two types of middle sections. A long and short. And I’m pretty sure you can add another long segment between the short section and an end.

As much as these LRT’s are long… they’re not too wide I side. Because the floors are low for accessibility reasons; a lot of the seats sit in what are called boggie boxes. Which mesns they’re sort of raised up inside with sometimes narrow aisles.

Years ago; we were told that they were going to move the Rexdale and Kipling Canadian Tire there. Long Before the former Sears site was available.

Took a friend for a tour of the place about four weeks ago. He hadn't been back to the area in over 15 years. Supper depressing. He kept rushing from place top place expecting certain stores to be there only to be sorely disappointed.

I have to admit; at first I was hesitant to see this mall going. To see a lot of smaller businesses put out of their units is upsetting. But the upside to having a much more well thought out and use for this site is good to see. I like how they are keeping the Metro and hopefully they can keep...

What would be in storage for the Rexdale Mall? That awning that fell down on people a year ago?

Was also a Dominion at the Kipling plaza south of the humber river where the Dollar Tree and Salvation Army stores are.

The Rexdale Fortinos used to be in the Albion Mall where the No Frills is. Notice the similar facade to the Queens Plate location? Also the Albion Mall location used to be smaller in the mid 90's. Before that I'm not sure. I think there was a Dominion at Albion Mall back when it was an open air...
