Traffic in this area is already a nightmare (especially during the weekends and holidays) with all this added construction, it will be total chaos. Hope the planners have properly addressed the traffic situation. With all the parking lots being used for the expansion, I hope they move quickly...
I had spoken to a rep from Lanterra and she said yes it is ok to Lease units during interim occupancy. It's such a big project I doubt they have any reservations that it would be flooded with rentors. I venture that majority of purchasers are investors.
Got pics on floorplans from my Realtor. I only got up to the 59th floor don't have the floorplans for 60-65th floors.

I spoke with the Sales Rep last week and she said GG thought X2 sold under priced. So they think it is very likely the Podum suites would sell very well and a much higher price. I asked if there was anything special about these suites (ie higher ceiling floors, better finishes) her response...
anyone heard of or had a pressure crack on their windows? I just discovered a very large crack in one of my windows in a zigzag shape. It's quite substantial, have no idea how that happened.
Even w/ the generous visitor parking spaces, the weekends can get crazy, there have been people (visitors) parking in residents spots. One guy got so pissed called a towing company. :eek:
I must say, majority of residents parking spots are quite wide.

Hey folks, am being offered an assignment for this Maple Leaf Square unit, 490 Sq Ft on a very high floor in the high 30's. for $250K. It's small, so would possibly be an investment but any thoughts on floorplan, price, etc? Great project & location
$410,000 is not a great price but it is the market price for units in Murano. I checked out a SE unit in the north tower exact same Pezzatti 752sq ft layout on the 23rd floor and was selling last for $420K which was a drop from the $435 original asking price. That unit had 9ft ceilings.
