just received a letter from the developer delaying my occupancy to November :eek: for the south tower :mad: ... however, the letter did indicate the North Tower will begin to have occupants late January!
This project was 10 years in the making and approved years back, complaining to Councillors or Mayor is useless. They can't do anything about it. As ugly as this building is, it has worked out to be quite the addition of attractions, particularly for the suburbanites lost in urbania :D

i think it would depend on the size of the unit, the floor and which direction it faces but on average I would say an additoinal 50K for a 2 bdrm unit in this location

Even though Toronto is the largest city in Canada, 5th in NA, TO is quite a small (urban/density wise). Manhattan, London, Paris, Tokyo, blows our little city to the wayside. Regardless, TO is still great and love how it's growing.
I agree with Hypnotoad, Pulse is by far the best looking towers in North York. I thinks it's the striking dark green glass, the way it is angled from Yonge Street and the wrap around balconies.
