Did I hear correctly that it’s all a moot point now that the landowner has decided not to go ahead with the rebuild at all? For heavens sake, why waste everybody’s time and money to go all through that and then to just give up? Anybody have any intel on what happened?

The environmental issues in Lynnwood and Ogden are forever going to be detriment to building anything around the station. It’s a crying shame that nothing can or ever will be done in that area.

Do they have experience in building high rise multi family projects in downtown districts? Many of their multi family projects that are listed on their website are much lower density and in the suburbs.
