Residents are actively selecting finishes and upgrades. The choices are quite good. Gas cookers are standard. Also, some of the larger suites have been split into smaller ones...so the total count of units now tops 300.

My colleague contacted the sales office today to see if they had any idea about which is the more recent render...and they did NOT know. It is entirely possible that the render with the setback was an older version....interesting to note that both versions appear on the Lifetime website...

I visited a friend last week who moved in a few weeks ago. All I can say is that this building is horribly average. The lobby looks like a throwback to the 80s , with its granite medallion and cheap veneered columns. The corridors and common areas are poorly finished - cheap dark brown...

A unit in The Loretto, (Brunswick in the Annex) reportedly sold for over 650 psf last week. I find it incredible that Maple Leaf Square is re-selling at 700 psf! Has that been confirmed via mls, or other source?
