Great addition to an under-rated area, and for those who want something on a smaller scale than the density of Humber Bay. A few more of these types of projects along this stretch would be ideal. Thanks for the photo update guys...nice to see this finally starting construction!

^Agreed. I have lived in newly built, wood-frame townhomes with no concrete or brick separating units as well as a typical concrete high-rise condo apt...and my experience tells me that noise travels A LOT worse through concrete. The sound-proofing used between units in wood-frame construction...

They have a lot of the excavation done for Phase 2, but it will also encompass where the sales centre is currently, if that makes sense.

Feb 3rd: I think once the landscaping, entry, courtyard, etc., are complete it will be quite classy and handsome, too. I'm partial to black and white buildings.

^I updated my post for your info and to be very specific at 67% sold (187 units of 280) rather me stating "about 70%". Sorry that I was off by 9 units. Hope that helps to rest your mind that the real estate agent was telling you the truth.

As of Feb, 2013 they are 67% sold...which may seem slow considering that it went on sale March 2012...but to me it seems "normal" and certainly not any indication of a "crash". The units are small and the price psf high, but this will get built and I'm looking forward to it rising. The views...

Agreed! Nice new mid-rise. I love that Concert builds rental apartment buildings, too. I have been impressed with their projects thus far. As UD says, this project is "conservative, but tolerable." It won't stick out, but is welcome addition to the area for sure.

Last crane going up today...WT was accurate with "first week in Feb". First day in Feb!! The WDL's is quite the sight nowadays...and yet not on most people's radar.

If all goes according to the developer's plan...then Yes.
