I think that is what Carmelina was selling for near the end, debatable which location is better. Sierra is more experienced than the Tre Whoever guys that did Carmelina if that matters.

Menkes & AEW sold these properties years ago. Not sure if the current owner ever had plans to do additional residential.

I was very much enjoying the intelligent discussion of architecture between Salsa, Modern, Lenser and Bad Bear. I am a big fan of the more "out there" towers like Absolute, L Tower, Picasso but I wonder if these towers make the floorplans less attractive, the efficiency of the building decline...
