Lots of people up to 16 floor already took possession

In my email they say not earlier than March 2023. Unit is on 6th floor of East tower.

Circumstances are different for everyone, but delay works for me just fine.

Received an email about an unavoidable delay and now they don't believe that occupancy will take place before March 2023, lol.

Interesting, what floor are you on, I received an email about week ago with a new Date set on Nov 30 th. 2020. My unit on level 15th.

What do you think is ETA for this to be ready for occupancy? I think they will miss their July date.

What about harbour plaza, this one is very good according to sofa architects here. I am just curious as I saw few posts about awful cladding but I don't see specific reasons why is it worse than those other towers for example. Below is harbour plaza, looks the same does not it?

What is wrong with cladding, looks normal to me, same as Harbour plaza, Bisha or other highly prized buildings. I think after balconies installed it will look good.

Just to clarify it, I signed proxy to count toward the quorum and not voting proxy, at least it can't be used to vote in board election.

What Manulife Centre has to do with harbour plaza, shameless plug? Anyways those issues that you specified are not existent, I am the owner the unit there, and property management is very organized and proactive on any issues. Also gym is best I ever had in any condo, commercial gym with tons...
