The hoarding around the platform stairs have also been removed in some areas, so you can get a (very limited) look into the Bay concourse from platform level.

Anyone else notice the one window on the east side of the building that seems out of place? (second row from the top, second diamond from the right). I noticed it on the way in on the GO train this morning. That one pane seems to be missing the reflective coating.

The aluminum infrastructure/cabling raceways being installed on every platform, as seen here and here

Didn't snag any photos, but some of the new platform lighting in the raceways is lit up on platforms 8 and 9 this morning. Not sure how long it's been that way since I don't usually go that way.

Sansotei Ramen and Cocktail Emporium... this does not bode well for my wallet. I might need to change my commute or get a second job.

I think you're right based on the renders, it will likely span from that support beam that's jutting out of the wall, and have additional supports going to the wall at 45s (you can see the mounting points on the new beam are angled).
