Thanks CC and Androiduk ... BTW, I absolutely see what you both did there ;)

The description blurb on the website does say it is in the "competition" "phase". It doesn't seem polished enough to be from the developer and would seem to be preliminary drawings. In the gallery, there is the same old skyline pic that Concord has been using since the dawn of Cityplace. I...

Thanks for posting that... I remember that discussion and I remember being skeptical. You're right, He was bang on. Its amazing that the skyline has changed that much in just over a year courtesy of Trump and Shangri-La.

Post your pictures of Toronto here!

That is exactly why I wanted to go take this shot. That same AGO-as-sky idea idea always stole my attention when biking up Beverly and I wanted to see if it could be captured effectively in a still image. So thanks!

I apologize that these are a bit dated, but better late than never, I suppose. May 6, 2012:

Maybe you are thinking of different buildings, but if you look at the picture above by Jasonzed, the Flatiron building is alreadypartially obscured by L tower so I think they will have a huge effect on the building. Positive from some angles, but from many angles, this handsome building will be...

Yes, I always try to use a tripod. It makes it much easier to compose a photo if the camera is still and you can look at the image hands-free even if you don't need the tripod otherwise. I have a rather large tripod but have rigged up a good carrying method on my bike rack! I tone-mapped the...

Wow. Nice entrance, Lucci. Tough to follow that up, but here's a picture of The Grange...

Thanks! Btw, these ones were single exposure. My bungee webbing broke and I couldn't strap my tripod to my bike today! Was forced to lay off the HDR habit...for now.

Thanks a lot. That is high praise considering some of the stunning shots I have seen of Marilyn and friend.

This is another building that my camera hasn't given the time of day to since it was built. Its always been nothing more than a head-turning drive-by for me. So I headed out on my bike today with X as my main objective. Glad I did. May 27:

I used to work in outside sales in a territory that included Mississauga when these two towers started going up, and I have been fascinated ever since. I have in that time not once taken my camera out though. I watched them grow up, but have never taken a single photo. This weekend I found...

How one person can consistently be so curmudgeonly and negative is fascinating to me. I am confused though .... in one of the rare positive posts you've ever made, you said you like the Ritz BECAUSE it is gray (which it isn't - its green) but then you slam this building for being gray. Help me...

The lettering was installed on April 28th. I have some photos of them putting it up, but I have been having some tech issues of late.

Loving the cladding! From that shot, the curtainwall matches up beautifully with the rest. Those off-white sections are going to really make this building pop.
