This one block section of Jasper Ave (113-114) where Circle K is located is a problem area. Ongoing garbage, broken glass, left behind belongings and various people in need. With Basilica across the street, there are often 1 or more people looking for donations outside the church.

I'd say point received!. 311 is frustrating to use and people haven't had positive outcome with it. My question has been answered.

As per analysis, I can certainly get behind sitting out Perry. Disappointing that none of the three later season acquisitions - Perry, Henrique or Carrick - have made the team better right now than last year due to various reasons.
