They should turn the precast wall into a living all. Put trellises up the blank wall and grow climbing plants up it. It would look gorgeous and add to the value of the surrounding neighborhood.

I do like how the base of Crystal and the black marble on Uptown are the same height. It adds to the context. It's just too bad the black marble couldn't wrap around the entire base of Uptown.

Now that they've taken the hoarding down the base seems a lot less imposing to me. The large expanse of glass and the canopy will make the entrance very permeable and inviting. Once the finishing touches are done I'm sure this building will shine.

This picture gets me really excited for the bronzed panels in the notches! I have a feeling that FCP is going to be an absolute knockout when the reclad is complete.

That black granite should have been on Trump.

Are all of the ground floor spaces along Bremner Blvd in Luna and Parade slated to be retail? Just imagine how successful a Starbucks and a handful of restaurants would be here. Not to mention a dry cleaner, pet store, etc.

It will look like this: Where the granite stops the glass curtain wall will be slightly curved.

If you look closely at the concrete on the north side of the tower you can see that they started the curve that will go the entire way up the tower when the granite stops.

I'm waiting until I see the other three sides, the base, and it's impact on the skyline before I make up my mind. I'm indifferent at the moment.

The cut-outs in the top of the cladding is where the steel and glass awning is going to go.
