The city needs to pressure developers to "think outside the box" The era of Boutique style condos and BA style office buildings needs to end. Some detailed brick/stone streetwall podium would do wonders for the area.

Looks a little low end for the area. Personally I'd like to see Vaughan go in more of a California direction with low rise development. I hope we don't get any dead-end Slumcord Pacific concrete/spandel mess.

Ughh Aa? Goofy, cheap pseudo modernism needs to be kept south of Bloor...We need quality curtainwall/stone...somthing like Chicago's Waterview Tower.

Edgehill Road That Forest Hill house is my dream home! I find Forest Hill to be just as classy as Rosedale! Too bad about the faux french mansions that leaked through the planning in the early 2000's. Otherwise I find the Tudor homes (many by Sherwood) to be very tastefully done and reflect the...

I wonder when the evolution of these renders will take place? :( I'm really hoping they don't change this a bit. Some of the buildings (stone?) remind me of new stuff going up in Frankfurt

Personally I think those tacky blue lamp posts cheapen every new building going up, regardless of quality.

This resembles a lot of what's gone up in Yaletown, Vancouver. Certainly an improvement over BSN in terms of quality.
