About the fridge... Im not sure what the size will be. But I think all those fridges are exactly the same in appearance and design? (the only difference is the actual size of the fridge).

For those of you interested to see what our Amana slide-in ranges will look like, refer to: http://urbantoronto.ca/showpost.php?p=338167&postcount=1852 (from the Casa thread, posted by 'dventura' during his PDI). Luckily though, -we get a better fridge (it should be the bottom freezer...

Luna Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

yes, -but I bought @ X. Was able to select a lot of options, -but it came at a (big) cost. I guess at least with Cityplace, -it limits how much you can spend on upgrades.

Both subway and starbucks are right beside X (near the corner of Jarvis/bloor). Second cup and Tims are both by bloor and jarvis also. Wouldnt mind a nice restaurant, or pub/sports bar there though.

Murano Condos (Lanterra Developments) - Real Estate -

I would guess something like $490-$500 per sq/ft... so $410k is about right. Is that one of the 8ft or 9ft units?

X2 Condos (Great Gulf Homes/Lifetime Developments) - Real Estate -

looks to be around $470-480 sq/ft? Kind of expensive for preconstruction, -but I guess location location location.
  14. K

Rêve Condos (Tridel) - Real Estate -

that would be my guess too, based on the small unit sizes.

Rêve Condos (Tridel) - Real Estate -

not sure about this one... there's only one 1+den unit and it's a small one at that. And all other 1bed's are less than 600 sq/ft?

alright... just excited about the upcoming updates. Also, -it`s been a couple of months since my upgrade selections... but if I wanted to purchase an additional upgrade (countertops), -do you guys think it would be too late?

So if occupancy for the 4th floor is July2010, and Feb2011 is for the mid-30's, Im guessing everyone should be moved in by April? So it looks like the building will probably get registered around June-August 2011?

    California Condos (Camrost-Felcorp) - Real Estate -

I saw a few units during the summer of last year (I think on the 6 or 8th floor). I liked them alot... Im not an expert on finishes or anything, but I didnt find anything wrong (a little turned off by the price and the 8ft ceilings)... if you want to see cheap finishes, look at Encore/Met
