D'oh didn't realize the post date.....

I got mine at King West area for 315K for a 1+1 with parking. Still going up right now and should be completed by mid 2016.

hehe I was just kidding. I would much rather have the kitchen right when I walk in opposed to having the living room near the entrance. I would hate to have my GF or guests bother me when I'm watching TV as they come in. Where would you put the kitchen on the floor plan I posted above?

Who uses the kitchen anyways :)

Anyone know if Musee is still aiming for a June 2016 completion date?

I was under the impression that this was always a 21 storey building as advertised on BuzzBuzzHomes. However, on the Musee website, it does say 17 storeys (not sure if this was changed recently). I'm going to check my brochure when I signed to confirm.

I'm forecasting a larger issue in the near future... I received mail from Plaza stating that the city is not allowing them to build levels 18-21..

ssiguy2, Thanks for the input and opening my mind on the other possible effects of downsizing the number levels to be built. I didn't realize the maintenance fee pool, number of parking spots, etc.. Doesn't the city need to approve the plan befote selling or building? This absolutely...

Just got mail stating that the city has requested this project to be limited to 17 storeys from 21 storeys. I wonder what's going to happen to the units sold above 17.

Anybody have pictures or details of the selections? What if I want some extra electrical in the ceiling for future lighting done? Or if I want a stand up shower instead of a tub? Are these included in the colour selection?

Anybody know the expected completion date month/year? Originally when the project was launched, it was 2016, Urban Toronto is estimating 2017. At this rate for this building, anybody have an educated guess on when its going to be completed?

http://www.buzzbuzzhome.com/musee-condos/units/condos/1d1-n November 2013 is when its supposed to start breaking ground, but it could get delayed if they don't meet sales. Interior finishings wont be selected until much later... This project will be delayed, I'm guessing until 2017 or 2018

I purchased 1d1n, on one of the upper floors.

I bought a unit at Musee when they had their VIP sale (Back in March/April). Paid about 550 per sqft (excluding parking), for the top unit choice on my list.
