I used to live right across from the elevators and it does get noisy... I could hear elevator doors, kids screaming and leaving stuff on your doorstep, my dog barking every time it hears something.... i wouldn't do it again... :))))

Basically same stuff with 'poorer' finishes and less choices... but you do get close to 10ft high ceilings... there could be something else... i'm not 100% sure since i don't have that kinda info with me... maybe someone who knows more can add something... i was mostly interested in sobe...

I agree. When I talked about standards I was referring to things like II by IV designed cabinetry, flooring, stone counter w/ breakfast bar, undermounted sink, marble in bathrooms etc... that type of stuff... I don't think anyone is expecting those model suite lighting fixtures and wall...

they can't... i know there's a lot of investors involved in this project which means once the construction is done there's gonna be like a hundred units for sale which will drop in price... would never get a unit at this shabby place... :)) right ducati? :))))

South Beach is the first residential complex for Amexon but I'm not worried because they contracted ToddGlen company to build it for them ( same people that are building Cali/tides....) Ducati does tend to lie a lot regarding California and South Beach... don't know why but he keeps doing it...

I like the first photo. The building turned out very nice.

I dropped by the sales office to check up on them and was told that 70% of the building is sold which is pretty good considering todays market. I was also told that the builder was approved for financing this project and will break ground as planned. Can't wait... :)

2% is nothing... that's like $6k on a $300K unit... like someone said above builders are just playing with us... they inflate the price and than 'offer some incentives'... i haven't seen any drastic incentives so far...

i just couldn't live like that... i know people like this... they put aside their whole paycheck and complain how they have no money... :)
