Do the awnings/overhangs actually have glass in them? Doesnt look like it from the pics...

Would be interesting to know why the cat came painted, but the dogs don't appear to be. Maybe UT can do a feature on them painting the dogs?

I have walked by this building twice a day for 10 years and never noticed there were heads on the wall :)

So is the bottom lip on the fountain base intended to have water in it for dogs to drink out of?? If so... that's a nice extra touch!

Kind of looks like they left the wet panels out on the driving range for target practice :)

Last week I watched a cab back up into the front of Brad Lambs Ferrari California... He was not happy. I felt bad.... for the car :)

The balcony pattern hurts my brain a little when I look at it.... but in a good way! :)

Yeah I guess I wasn't expecting balconies or vents in the box. Maybe its just the sky lounge that doesn't have balconies and vents and the other boxes were always this way? Tough to tell from the renders.

Well I had higher hopes for the "boxes", they aren't anything like the renders. Kind of reminds me of M5V where the red "box" ended up terrible. It might bug me more then most people as I have to stare at it everyday :( I was also hoping that the top cladding would be black instead of grey.

Good news! They are unloading scaffolding on the Scott Street side. Looks like work there is starting!

I seem to recall reading that the Scott Street side couldn't be done until the crane had been removed. Recently I have seen people in hard hats on the Scott street side looking at pavers and the stairs, so hopefully the new pavers and trees will show up soon. I wonder if they are actually...

I still really hope they are going to do something with those 4 vents/stacks. It seriously looks like someone went to home depot on the weekend and slapped them together...

When I walked by a couple weeks ago, the sidewalks had some issues. The stones didn't line up properly with the round plastic utility covers and were causing major tripping hazards. I hope they are able to fix this.
