We did get a nice surprise from Brigil with the greyhound development, unfortunately it was so close to being our tallest. I will love to see that one go up. But yeah... it's a who is even gonna come close to starting between this or The Sky.... which is so unfortunate because both towers...

So awesome how these will have such an effect on the west end of the skyline. I love it! I hope they break ground soon.

I really REALLY hope they sell it to a big time developer from Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal. Please just get someone who can actually build it to build it... this would create such a huge impact to our city... we shouldn't have to wait another 10 years to see this go up... this and The Sky...

I'm surprisingly very amped for this project. I can't wait to see it go up. If it matches the quality of Claridge's new Lebreton tower, this will be a gem.

I'm surprised we don't have more active density builds near Algonquin station. This is what we are getting and the quality is meh. I'm hoping we can get some real height here and opening it up more as a walkable district with all these new builds. Doesn't feel like that with what is going up...

Eh, just another woe is me by developers lol. As long as we see shovels in the ground by next spring for these two towers, we are good. The train station development is important too, but that one can be distributed amongst partners.

It would benefit both Ottawa and Gatineau as both cities like Westbro said are ignored by their respective provinces. But strategically, Fed government would not want Gatineau leaving Quebec. And as much as they like to ignore this metro area, both provinces would lose a lot if both cities left...
