I like how thin this one looks from the east and west. Quite a few windows are in on the podium now.

I think mostly because it fronts onto smaller residential streets (Roosevelt and Wilmont). Gives opponents a lot more ammunition to fight with.

A few shots from today. The last one is from the back…the few blocks around this area are becoming very dense with apartments.

Hopefully the glass portions are prominent...kind of hard to tell from these renderings how it's going to look.

That’s great news. The lack of easy navigation between sections was the main drawback of using this site

Every time I walk by it’s hard to tell if anything’s changed. Maybe they’ve been doing interior work? 🤷‍♂️

Today’s progress. They’re approaching that bulge in the shorter tower now.

I realized today why the floor count is confusing on this one. On the west end of the podium the ground floor is double height. But on the east end (where the elevator is) it’s split into two regular height floors. So if you are counting on the east end, the crown is on the 27th floor.

When the sun’s out this one looks quite nice, as the photos higher up show. There’s a bright blue tint to the windows that really pops next to the white panelling.

There was construction equipment on this site when I went by today on the train. Couldn’t see exactly what it was…maybe drilling?

I think this one is taller than expected. That grey box sticking out the side is at floor 20, which means the columns sticking up right now are the 27th level. Also a few windows going in now.
