Crazy how long it's taking them to reopen this courtyard. Seems like it should be ready for this summer though. They are also doing some finishing touches on one the building's entrances on Queen St

I like how the library looms large as you leave downtown on Albert. Once the finishes are on it's going to have quite a visual impact.

They’ve started digging down around the registry building now

This just looks so different from all the bulky rectangles surrounding it. Glass is up to the 6th floor now on the north tower.

I’m often surprised by how visible this building is from various angles. This is down Queen all the way from O’Connor. It fills in some of the gap at the end of the street.

With the tarps off, yep, looks like it’s a protected structure for the loading dock. And then they build around it.

Walked by today and this 16-unit infill project has started construction just behind the site where Whispers Pub is. But no sign yet that Whispers or the neighbouring buildings are being demolished to make way for the 9 storey building...

Believe they are pouring the 24th floor now. This one has a narrow profile coming down Scott.

This is an odd-looking construction site. At the moment there’s a triangular section rising in the middle for one of the towers.
