are the balconies finished on some of the lower floors?

2nd floor. Phase 1

i got my delay notice in the mail. it says im not moving in until september and thats for lower floors only anyone on a high floor its looking more like 2012

i spent just over 800 for a white marble backslpash 1200 for hardwood throughout the entire unit (except the laundry room will be white tile that cannot be upgraded) , also to upgrade the tub and shower head to a proper glass shower with a rain head was 2900!! then another 100 to have them...

Doug did they give any information on when the project will be ready to move in. are they still on track for June 2011? also a friend of mine told me that once the roofslab is on they cannot change the move in date? again im not sure if that is true just wondering if anyone has the facts on...

i was there yesterday for 3 hours choosing all my finishes. The standard options are amazing. I did minor upgrades just backspash in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the entire unit and a shower instead of a tub. it was alot of fun

im on the 2nd floor. im not sure what floors they are calling. im assuming they start from the bottom work on up. they told me first phase will be in by june.

They called me yesterday. im going in on wednesday to choose my finishes! things are coming along

Was down by parklawn and lakeshore last night to watch the fireworks for canada day. Phase 1 is already atleast on the 7th or 8th floor. Weather on our side they could have phase one standing full by october or november. any other updates??

i very happy to see lots people just as happy as i am to see this project go up i purchased the avalon on the second floor of phase 1 i asked to upgrade the bathroom to all marble floor/countertop and hardwood throughout the entire unit SB is forsure the best bang for you buck in this area...

December 2010 is stil 11 months away but i doubt anyone will be in by then.

i was at the sales office yesterday already working on the second level of underground parking on phase 1 and have already began the shoring process on phase 2 is anyone else as excited as i am to see the finished product?
