I spoke to the gatehouse today about the garbage chute. They said that when people try to stuff big boxes inside the chute they get stuck then the machine turns off. They said that if it's like that the next time you want to use it just call them and they will go to take out what's stuck.

Altitude, the same thing happened to me! They came in, and except for two things, I wouldn't have known. Our alarm was flashing and saying MEMORY, and our AC unit was fixed. I don't have a problem with it, I just wished they would have called first.

I have a solution to the the AC problem! Today when the guy came to fix it (the second time) he told me that cool was heat, and heat was cool. If you set it to heat, it will blow cold air! It's so weird.
