I've never seen balconies so close to each other like that in the podium. Someone could literally just jump over to your balcony. Terrible privacy issue but also a security one.

It's unfortunate they didn't use a darker shade for the west facing vent/grills near the top. They really stand out and not in a good way.

What's the point of having balconies like that? You can basically fit one chair with a great view of your neighbors. Horrible.

Without context, it is just some kitschy painted metal at first glance. It's too bad the artist didn't use indigenous materials to the metis.

You do realize that the building you live in now caused the same amount of noise and frustration for your neighbors when it was built right? The city needs to grow somehow however inconvenient and noisy it may be.
