If projects are all being put in receivership before Jan 31.. what is the significance of the Jan 31 date? What is supposed to happen by Jan 31?

They are employed by KSV, or whoever KSV employed to employ them. KSV will take their money from proceeds of asset sale, after paying services rendered, the remaining will go to creditors.

That ls probably just the winterizing of the equipment. I’m pretty sure deposits will be offered back to us because: 1) project cancelled, or 2) company buys project and re-offers at higher prices

I think KSV will take until outside occupancy 2025 to cancel the project. They will keep trying to bid, nobody will take the project because too expensive, and KSV extend to add to billable hours and maximize their income from this project.

I emailed ksv yesterday when we will receive deposit back, and who will be paying it. Or if it’s tarion. No answer.

Vandyk did the hard work lol. The new builder gonna pick it up for Pennies on the dollar and also charge a premium on the original purchase agreement. Make money on both ends. That’s crazy, I’m surprised they can get it on discount plus charge more.

I didn’t go there. But I just think any work to be done will require heavy machinery and many more people. I don’t actually know how to the other side, I just drove through heart lake. Are you close? Perhaps you can try swinging by and ask them what they’re doing / who they work for?

Just passed by the site. A few pickup trucks. Looks like some sort of site inspection and surveillance at most. No work at all.
