Luna Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

I have nothing against Cityplace in general. I've always defended it in terms of how many good things it's done for the city so I'm definitely not in the "cityplace hater" category. I even owned a unit in one of the buildings at one point in time. But I gotta say I was thoroughly disappointed...

Luna Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

Nice building? Don't be fooled by all these glossy images. I went to look at 6 units at Luna a few days ago with my agent and the craftsmanship is the worst I've seen out of all the current Cityplace buildings. Sloppy paint job, paint on carpets in units and in hallways, horribly finishes on...

Bridge, The + Connect (Urbancorp, 22s, Kirkor)

King and Dufferin is pretty "ghetto". How can anyone disagree with that? I worked in the area for many years and I can assure you it's not "dull" in the least, instead it's very entertaining, but a "ghetto" nevertheless. However, east, south or even north of that are pretty decent with new...

Any chance of developers raising prices?

Why? Because Toronto is the best city in the world! Who doesn't want to live here! :D And no I wasn't being sarcastic.

Any chance of developers raising prices?

That's what I heard as well. But even if they raised prices by 50K at King East, I bet it's still cheaper to buy there than at Trinity Lofts! :D

Any chance of developers raising prices?

I wouldn't listen too much to what a lot of those guys are saying. International investors are what's really driving the prices up and to expect a sharp decline is unrealistic. In my opinion if you are paying $600/sq foot for a regular pre-construction condo downtown today (excluding such...

Ïce Condos (Lanterra Developments, Cadillac Fairview) - Real Estate -

I guess resale prices fluctuate by a small margin since they tend to be slightly inflated to begin with. If I paid 240 000 for a property initially and now trying to sell it for 340 000 and drop the price to 320 000, I'm still making a very substantial amount of money. Currently, ICE is offering...

Ïce Condos (Lanterra Developments, Cadillac Fairview) - Real Estate -

International investment is driving prices upward. Many international investors are buying properties in Canada because they see it as a stable investment compared to other real estate markets in the world.

Panorama Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

wow I can't believe this is a Cityplace unit. I absolutely love it! Congrats!! :) I used to live in N1 and the finishes there weren't anywhere close to your unit.

What's your opinion on this floor plan? (Flatiron Lofts)

It's an interesting unit. I really like it, but what do you guys think about it? It's an odd shape but I love the fact that it's windows all the way around! All comments are greatly appreciated! :) http://www.flatironlofts.ca/pdf/web_flatiron_303.pdf Thanks!

Fellas, when you post something on a public forum you automatically become vulnerable to public critique. As long as you don't attack another person directly in regards to their sexuality, skin color, sex etc. then I don't see a need for such censorship. Yes, the choice of finishes in that...

Bridge, The + Connect (Urbancorp, 22s, Kirkor)

Nice photos! I think it's a great looking project. I was there a few days ago and it does look like real brick.

    Toronto Toronto | Liberty Place | ?m | 32s | CanAlfa | IBI Group

Can this building still be called a "flatiron" even though it only vaguely resembles one?

    Holding Off vs Overpaying now...

You are right. I could be completely wrong, but I have a lot of faith in Toronto. I've seen this city change drastically in the past 15 years. I remember when downtown was a scarry place and now it's a booming metropolis. The numbers are helpful in regards to deciding whether to invest or buy a...

    Holding Off vs Overpaying now...

Also, if you look at the article I posted above, it states that Monte Carlo (Monaco) is the most expensive real estate market in the world. To be honest, I've never even heard of Monte Carlo (except from some racing game some time ago) so I started researching and it ends up that if anyone wants...

    Holding Off vs Overpaying now...

Yep. Here is the real estate analysis article. http://www.globalpropertyguide.com/press-relations/Most-expensive-real-estate-markets-in-2009#most-expensive-property-market In regards to the population doubling in 20 to 30 years, I believe I read that in Metro on my way to work one day and...

    Holding Off vs Overpaying now...

There is going to be no adjustment in the condo market in the downtown Toronto and along the Yonge/Sheppard corridor. Toronto's real estate is dirt cheap compared to many other major cities. According to the 2009 survey of the most expensive real estate markets Toronto only ranked at #42 (at...

Fuzion King West Condominium (Urbancorp, 15s, Tact)

I was at the sales center recently and Fuzion is going east of Bridge but west of Joe Shuster in that small triangular plot of land. Both buildings are going to be very close to each other. I believe the builder gave the option to cancel all those who bought the east facing units since they...

Fuzion King West Condominium (Urbancorp, 15s, Tact)

hmm I've also heard that this building was suppose to be 10 storeys high, however, judging by these renders it looks 15 (or 16) storeys high. Also, the original location was said to be west of the Bridge building. But once again looking at these renders I feel it won't fit into that tiny space...
