FWIW this site has had a development permit released (approved last fall) to be used as a parking lot until 2021 ... Sure doesn't seem like it will be developed any time soon.

Nice height, a fairly simple design .. If the materials are good, this could look nice. Not sure if I like the street interaction - the patio space and setbacks presently there are nice as it is. I hope it doesn't end up like that retail development across the street from it where sidewalk...

Disappointed that it wasn't going with the original render we saw on the first page but it will be nice to get additional density and some towers at a prominent Beltline intersection. I will say that the last renders have the same look/vibe as N3's renders did and that project has turned out...

This project, Alt, and Verve all should be completely around the same time and will provide some life to this part of the EV that's pretty quiet for awhile. Looking forward to seeing how it all looks once it's done
