I wonder if they have plans to clean the garage floors any time soon - not sure how they will with all the cars in there, but the floors are pretty filthy

I personally didn't see what went missing. Victor told me there were plants and furniture missing. I've never seen any plants up there. Big sod truck out front. Hopefully we'll have grass by the end of the day.

Victor told me the other day that someone already swiped the plants and some other furniture off the patio within the first 48 hours of it being there. (I never even got to see what it looked like). Pathetic.

As for the loser sales guy leaving flyers in our main lobby I scooped them all up and threw them in the garbage. I will take it upon myself to always toss all advertisement I find inside our building in the trash. Grass is going in! Hopefully it'll all be done this week.

I agree. I did mention though, that I was curious how long it would take for the cleaners to come around - that is the only reason I didn't pick it up.

haha yeah, i did a workout on sat. small and hot. AC sort of works... just cant seem to keep up. and yes, open 24/7.

yeah I dunno. If I have guests over and they have to walk by garbage bags in front of people's doors it may warrant a knock on the door from me. No excuse for not disposing of your own garbage when the chute is pretty much across the hall. embarrassing.

My complaints of the week: 1) garage smelled like garbage all weekend - still does this morning. 2) people leaving their garbage in the hallway directly outside their door all weekend... even if their unit is only meters away from the garbage chute room. this is a common area - show some...

I like the idea of a party room, but having it on the main floor in front of the main entrance is slightly stupid.

The doors are fairly loud yes, but it shouldn't be a bother for those in the hallway. The REAL problem here, is that we can hear the doors in our units. I've mentioned this multiple times. I should NOT be able to hear people talking in the hallway from some 50 meters away when I'm in my unit...

I think the reason for the heater is that the water heater is of the tankless variety aka instantaneous water heater. it doesn't keep water hot in the reservoir/in the lines. So the water won't stay hot and can potentially freeze if it gets too cold in that little room. They're great for energy...
