Slip I think the slip is important, we've filled in enough of Lake Ontario as it is. It might be interesting if someone came up with a floating pavilion of some sort in this space, even if it was for a temporary exhibition.

Block 31 No, all 2 story units and a building entrance. Phase 1 at least.

Cityplace Very true, especially the streetcars from the tunnel at union station (509/510). Ton of condos no increased infrastructure. Also when Fort York opens to Bremmer, I hope they really aren't going to have 4 way stops.

Cityplace Exactly! I posted this same comments on the "Cityplace St Jamestown in waiting" thread. If they had mixed commercial here with the residential, this could have been a really nice area. 1 grocery store and 2 banks west of Spadina just doesn't cut it.

Cityplace park I'm happy to report that cityplace (or whatever) park is being legally used now. A growing group of Canada Geese have taken up residence. Maybe one day in the distant future Humans can legally use it too.

Cityplace A great point and on topic. My main concern is that the walkway from Spadina to Dan Leckie Way be open so residents west of Spadina can access a safe way to the lake. (through the new park)

Cityplace park Yes they did their political BS speeches then locked the park up so that we can't use the park till the weather turns bad and the city doesn't have to mow the real grass. At least open the damn path so the many people now west of Spadina can safely get to the Lake!
