Wow….dated March 2017…so they knew well in advance there were issues but still went ahead sold out of the condos….does he think we are going to pay for their error? Developers like to sweep things under the carpet and hope nobody figures it out. These guys are unbelievable. Sooooo now what?

Dominic has stated a few threads back work to commence in September due to labour shortage. If it's 90 days that is 3 more months, I guess we will be delayed again. I think Dominic is blowing steam out his butt

Not so much paranoid if we were updated and they stayed true to their word it would all be fine….just get going and finish it at this point. Purchased 6 years ago

July 2024….still a year for an update. How do they get away with this? Where did the date July 2024 come from? We are suppose to close October 2024. Most of us are very anxious to get this completed, I dont know why people are happy still not completed we all purchased years ago.
