I go by a few times a week….hardly any workers. All other homes/condos being built work weekends. Condos on Bovaird by Rona weekend workers, new homes on Mayfield…weekend workers. Not our condos

$300 is high for a brand new condo. If I remember correctly we were told they would be approximately $100 a month…..I hope ours are not $300

Purchased in 2017….biggest purchase mistake of our lives……run from this developer unless you can wait for years to move in. Peoples lives change, finances change. We should have been living in this condo and sold this condo by now. We will be surprised of the closing date of October 2024 comes...

Different phase altogether, those are townhomes with rear laneway garages. Not the condo project. They released these last year. You would think they would finish ghe condo nightmare project before starting another one that close to the condos.

My last e mail for closing said December 2023…..absolute joke. Last 3 previous e mails said not change in occupancy date. Now new corresponsence coming in the new year but their new year and our new year are different

5 1/2 years from our purchase date and this is all we see
