Is the ground floor all concrete instead of wood?

Just walked by. There is no balcony glass yet.

There's currently 3 TTC busses stuck in the Time and Space gravity field. 2 on Princess Street and one on Sherbourne.

I was hoping they'd extend the median that ends at George Street, East to Parliament.

I'd argue real, non pre-cast bricks certainly add more character than the glass walls that the development would likely have otherwise.

One positive thing I've noticed is that Lower Sherbourne feels much more like a part of the city now. It always kind of felt like downtown ended at King when heading South on Sherbourne with 2 big empty lots and a gas station, but with Time and Space and St Lawrence Condos it already feels so...

To be fair, the whole neighbourhood is built on a chemical wasteland. But to call this building anything remotely close to beautiful is absolutely comical. I look forward to the street level retail and more residents in the neighbourhood, and one less surface parking lot, but the design...

That's unfortunate. Biking on Jarvis is a no-go for most, so the 2022 extension won't do much for the bike network. A separated bike path at Parliament Square Park should be nice though!
