What are the doing above the south entrance to the Urban Eatery?

The precast looks unfinished and worn, so my guess is they’re either going for that effect, which I honestly kind of like, or it’ll be painted rust colour.

I think this is beyond saving. That said, I was happy to see some real masonry going in on the ground level. I'm so used to precast these days it's nice to see the real thing.

Well that's disappointing. Seems like we have more dentist offices than even laundromats and bank branches in this neighbourhood.
