Assignment sold for 1.4M. Should be a good indicator for appraisals i guess.

We got the delay notice as well. Lets see if they can make the second occupancy date but i am not complaining given the fluctuations in interest rates

We just finished with our qtk and haven’t received any appointment for design. Waiting for our delay announcement letter
